The magic truly happens, though, when distinct musical worlds collide, sparking something unexpected and genuinely innovative. Shruti Ramani’s Raagaverse masterfully achieves this fusion, where the rich traditions of classical Hindustani music intertwine beautifully with the elegant sounds of classic Jazz. I’m personally captivated by Hindustani vocals; their intricate microtonal nature, requiring such incredible precision and control, truly fascinates me.
