T.G.ViRUS – TGV’s KiloMix ’98

During the late 1990s, numerous youngsters spent countless hours experimenting with various knobs, patterns, and sounds to generate an acid electronic wall of sound that would find it’s place in an underground dj set. Money was not abundant, but this wasn’t an issue since everyone knew someone who could crack the software and find in warez forums the appropriate keygen, albeit sometimes at a cost, such as a computer riddled with viruses. However, it was all worthwhile.

Rebirth 338,  was an emulator of two Roland TB-303 synthesisers, a Roland TR-808, and a Roland TR-909 drum machine. In the late 90s, it was the thing. It was exactly what was needed.
